Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with www.kiplingsdrops.com.au, you agree that you will be subject to, bound by, and will comply with these terms and conditions.
Purchasing Online
When purchasing online, you confirm that all details provided are true and correct. You must verify that you are over the age of 18 years. Proof of age, including date of birth, may be requested prior to order processing or at the point of delivery if our driver deems it appropriate.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. When purchasing from www.kiplingsdrops.com.au, you confirm that both you and any recipient of the alcohol are over 18 years old.
We reserve the right to refuse service or delivery to any customer deemed intoxicated. Alcohol will not be left at an unattended residence.
All website content and images used on the Kipling’s Drops website are provided without warranty. Kipling’s Drops may update or change content at any time and some products listed may not be available in your region or country. For specific queries about vintage, product conditions, or availability, please contact us at sales@kiplingsdrops.com.au.
All orders are subject to availability.
Delivery
Free delivery may apply to urban areas in Australia for orders over $200. Refer to our current Shipping Policy. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 8am–6pm (local time). Weekend deliveries may be arranged by prior appointment and may incur an additional fee at the discretion of Kipling’s Drops.
For same-day delivery within Sydney Metro, orders must be placed by 12pm AEST. For next-day delivery to other metro areas, orders must be placed by 1pm AEST.
Kipling’s Drops uses a range of third-party couriers to ship goods. Once dispatched from our bar, we cannot guarantee return-to-sender or redirection services. If you would like to request one of these, please email sales@kiplingsdrops.com.au . Please note these requests may take up to 10 business days and may incur additional costs.
Rare, Collectable and Hard-to-Find Items
Kipling’s Drops offers a selection of rare, collectable, and limited-release items. These are sold as consumable products, not display pieces.
Items are packed securely for transport, but minor scuffs, scratches or label wear will not be considered damaged goods, provided the contents are unaffected.
If you require a product in pristine condition, please email sales@kiplingsdrops.com.au and we can supply photos and discuss special courier arrangements.
Kipling’s Drops reserves the right to refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated or under the age of 25 and cannot present valid identification.
Acceptable Proof of Age Includes
- Australian or foreign driver’s license or permit
- Australian or foreign passport
- NSW Photo Card
- Government-issued proof of age card (any State or Territory)
- Australia Post Keypass 18+ ID
- Approved NSW Digital Driver License
We are legally required to provide written delivery instructions regarding proof-of-age requirements. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Liquor Licence
Under the NSW Liquor Act 2007, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to persons under 18 years. When placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to provide your date of birth and verify all information supplied is true and correct. Orders will not be processed unless this confirmation is provided.
Your contract of sale is with Kipling’s Garage Bar (ABN: 30 162 451 443 ), operating under NSW Packaged Liquor Licence number: LIQP770018240. All liquor is sold via our licensed premises as per this licence.
All offers to purchase are subject to acceptance by the liquor licence holder, age verification, stock availability, and appropriateness of the liquor for delivery from our licensed premises.
